Installation Procedure:
1. Press the drill point onto the corrugation crest.
2. Use a lower RPM and tap in quick succession until the polycarbonate sheet is penetrated, and the drill point comes in contact with the wooden substrate.
3. Continue to drill through the wooden substrate as you would with a standard Type 17 screw or TEK srew.
4. The circular saw will penetrate the polycarbonate sheet and form a perfect expansion hole.
5. Stop drilling when the domed EPDM conforms to the corrugation, which forms a weathertight seal.
